Since February 1, 2019, the annual percentage rate on these loans in Colorado, including all finance charges and fees, may not exceed 36%. Loan amounts, costs and repayment terms are set out in your written loan agreement before you sign. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the information you provide and our review. Payday loans are meant for short-term cash needs, not as a long-term financial solution.
