General Info About Our Payday Loans

Here is what you can expect from a Money Now payday loan in Colorado — amounts, terms, costs and your rights as a borrower.

Loan amounts

We offer deferred deposit (payday) loans from $100 to $500. The amount you are approved for depends on your income, your checking account history and your ability to repay.

Repayment term

Colorado law sets a minimum loan term of six months for deferred deposit loans. Your agreement shows each payment date and amount. You are always free to repay early.

What it costs

Since February 1, 2019, the annual percentage rate (APR) on payday loans in Colorado may not exceed 36%, and that limit includes all finance charges and fees. Before you sign, we give you a written disclosure with the amount financed, the finance charge, the APR and the total of payments, so you know the full cost up front.

Paying early

You can pay off your loan in full or in part at any time without a prepayment penalty. Paying ahead of schedule lowers the total you pay.

Responsible borrowing

  • Borrow only what you need and can repay on schedule.
  • Read your agreement and ask questions before you sign.
  • If you have trouble making a payment, call your store right away so we can talk about your options.

Common questions

Is a deferred deposit loan the same as a payday loan?

Yes. Colorado law calls it a deferred deposit loan; most people call it a payday loan or cash advance. You write a check or authorize a debit that we agree to hold, and you repay over the loan term.

Can I pay my loan off early?

Yes. You can repay all or part of your loan at any time, and Colorado law does not allow a prepayment penalty. Paying early reduces the cost.

Can I have more than one loan?

Colorado limits how many deferred deposit loans a borrower can have outstanding. Ask our staff, and we will explain the current rules before you apply.

Approval is not guaranteed. This page is a general summary; your signed agreement controls the terms of your loan.
